       Description of the purpose: To manage the queries made by the User to EL DESPACHO through the forms on the website and through the Whatsapp application.

       Basis of legitimacy: Execution of the contractual or pre-contractual relationship that originates from the moment you transmit an enquiry to us through the corresponding form/prior and unequivocal consent of the interested party.

 

Purpose 3. Statistical analysis of the use of services:

       Description of the purpose: Analysis of navigation on the website in order to optimise and improve the User's experience. In any case, this is a non-invasive analysis that allows the improvement of services and the technology applied to them.
